Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We assist with document preparation and submission guidance, not the approval decision.
How far in advance should I book?
Contact us as early as possible because flight booking, hotel availability, and pricing improve with lead time, and visa processing times depend on the destination and application.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All travel bookings are non-refundable after confirmation with the respective stakeholders. Please be certain of your travel plans before confirming a booking. Contact us promptly if your plans change. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Do you arrange group or custom tours?
Yes. We prepare options around your preferred destination, dates and group size, subject to availability and an agreed itinerary.

1. Approval before booking
Karafats provides the relevant price, inclusions, service fee where applicable, supplier conditions and change or cancellation rules before accepting booking instructions. The customer approves the option and traveller details before payment and booking.
2. Changes and refunds
All travel bookings are non-refundable after confirmation with the respective stakeholders. Please be certain of your travel plans before confirming a booking. Contact us promptly about any requested changes; the relevant supplier conditions apply. This does not exclude applicable statutory consumer rights.
3. Visa support
Visa assistance covers the agreed preparation and submission support. Government decisions and processing times are outside Karafats’ control.
4. Travel documents and timing
All booking documents and material changes will be shared promptly when available. We do not promise a visa or a visa decision at any particular date unless supported by the relevant authority’s actual process.
